Returns

All returns must be post marked within 24hours of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return process

To return an item,

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your Return or exchange.
It will take at least 5-7 days from the receipt of your item to process your
Return or exchange.

We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please note
● cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of placement of an order or if your order has not yet been shipped, whichever is earlier.
● once a return or cancellation has been processed, the money will be refunded to you within 5-7 working days.
● If an order has been shipped and returned for whatever reason, a one-way shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return case falls under the above-mentioned return criteria.
● Return criteria: (I) Damaged Product
(ii) Wrong Quantity Damaged
(III) Product different from the description given by the company.
